WHAT TO EXPECT

At your first appointment

Arrive to your completely private, safe space. You will be greeted by your technician with a hot kōcha (herbal tea) to enjoy during your scalp analysis. During this time we will look at the scalp together to determine your goals and address any concerns you have.

Based on the goals of your session, customized treatments will be applied to the scalp while you enjoy 10 minutes of steam to open up the hair follicles and pores on the scalp and lock in the absorption of the products. This also provides improved blood circulation, stimulates hair growth, and improves hair texture.

Now you will change into your robe and lay on our completely flat spa table that will massage your back, arms and legs during the entirety of your service. Choose to enjoy a weighted blanket and a cool or warm lavendar eye mask.

Time for the wet massage! From here, our halo water arch will be positioned over the forehead to allow calming drips of water onto the head. Enjoy a double wash, condition, and serum application all while receiving additional massage for your next 20-30 minutes (based on total appointment time). Allow us to gently detangle your hair during the deep conditioning process, apply hair growth serums or hydrating masks based on your end results.

Your technician will begin the dry massage techniques. During this time, you will be quietly guided through this process as we use a variety of tools to clean and stimulate the scalp. Drift away as you enjoy 20-30 minutes of massage (based on total appointment time). The benefits of this step include improved circulation, tension relief, lymphatic drainage and exfoliation.

Finally, let us reveal your freshly cleaned scalp with another scalp analysis to show your friends your before and after photos. We will rough dry your hair to ensure you aren't leaving soaking wet or choose to receive a full styled blowout for an additional cost!
