What makes Solace Flow different from other spas?
What sets us apart is our dedication to holistic well-being. We combine Japanese and Ayurvedic-inspired techniques to provide a unique experience that focuses on both scalp health and relaxation. We also use natural and non-toxic products to ensure the well-being of our clients and the environment.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment in person, online through our "Book Now" link, via email or phone!
Is Solace Flow suitable for all hair types?
Almost! Due to our technique, we unfortunately cannot work on locs or braids. Aside from that, we welcome and are experienced working with all hair types.
Is Solace Flow wheelchair accessible?
Yes! All door widths are ADA compliant (32in.). There is a small bump from the parking lot to the sidewalk but not as tall as a full stair.
What is your cancellation policy?
All appointments require a valid credit card on file. If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice. Any 24 hour or same day cancellations will result in 100% of the service price. Allow us to fill your space by providing ample notice.
Is this safe while pregnant?
We recommend you consult with your healthcare provider before coming in to your appointment. All of our products are clean and natural which are safe for mama and baby though laying on the back for extended periods may pose a risk.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! We offer gift cards available for purchase in person or online! All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
